How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

On Supabase servers in the EU. Each user's rows are isolated with row-level security. See the privacy policy for details.

Does LogHero work offline?

You can browse and add journal entries, tick habits, and complete todos without a connection. Changes sync once you're back online.

How do I export my data?

Email us at karim@creativeapps.studio and we'll send a JSON export of your account.
