LogHero — Privacy Policy

LogHero is a journaling, habit, and goal-tracking app published by Creative Apps Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored and protected.

1. Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (which is stored hashed and never visible to us). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a stable, app-specific identifier from those providers.

While using the app, you create content such as journal entries, habits, habit completions, todos, milestones, goals, and notes. This content is stored on our servers, linked to your account, so it syncs across your devices.

2. Information collected automatically

We log basic diagnostic information (e.g. crash reports, request timestamps) needed to keep the service running. We do not collect analytics for advertising or third-party tracking. LogHero does not include any third-party advertising SDKs.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to provide the app's features: syncing your data across devices, restoring your data when you sign in, and contacting you about your account (password resets, security notifications). We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Where your data is stored

Account data and app content are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU region) with row-level security so each user can only access their own rows. Connections use TLS in transit and standard at-rest encryption.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). Account deletion permanently removes your account record and all your journal entries, habits, completions, goals, milestones, todos, and notes from our database within 30 days.

LogHero relies on the following processors:

None of these are used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

7. Children

LogHero is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by contacting us at karim@creativeapps.studio. EU/UK users have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
